THE SPACE
On the second floor of our downtown building we have a simple room still in development that has been used for community gatherings, meetings, presentations, forums, etc.

The footprint is approximately 3000 square feet with a height to the air ducts of 10'.

The floor is unfinished concrete. The lighting is fluorescent.

AMENITIES
We have chairs for approximately 50, and a small collection of folding tables.

Support for audio and for video projection must be negotiated.

Bathrooms are available.

CONSIDERATIONS
Our youth-oriented program hours of operation are 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. We are interested in providing the space for rental OUTSIDE of those hours. (That said, if you are conducting activity that would include, benefit, and interest our body of youth, we can talk.)

Our organization's insurance policy requires that two iHuman staff be present in the building for any third party occupancy. We will relinquish neither keys nor secuity access codes to third party renters.

For security reasons, we prefer the space be accessed through the south-east stairwell, however we can make an elevator accessible for those with mobility limitations.

Parking is available.
