Hours Of Operation Office Hours 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Events can occur at any time of day or evening, as well as on weekends. Rentals subject to availability.
Rental Policy Renters must respect maximum occupancy load. Events involving alcohol must provide professional security unless otherwise permitted by St. John's Institute. Individuals and organizations must provide proof of insurance for their event. St. John's Institute has the right to insist that it will provide bar and beverage service at all events, unless otherwise permitted in writing.
Cancellation Policy A non-refundable 20% deposit on room rental and catering is required to hold the space and book catering. A refundable damage deposit is also required, and will be returned subject to a final inspection of the rental area and any dishes or serving ware used. Full payment is required at the conclusion of the event. Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice is subject to full payment. Final numbers must be confirmed 3 days before the event. Renters requiring catering will be invoiced for the greater of the confirmed number of guests or the number of guests in attendance.
