- audience seating on the main floor and a limited number in the gallery
- Must be cleared out by 11:00 pm; no liquor, no smoking, no coarse language or behaviour
- a choir loft & beautiful pipe organ (to be played only by the organists or by an organist they have approved).
- 2 grand pianos, players to be approved by a Music Director
- space for small orchestra
- a small stage can be set up for performers
- elevator access from exterior if required - to be manned by custodian
- area for ticket sales, ticket taking, prior to entrance into the sanctuary

Restrictions On Use Clearance by 11:00 p.m. at latest. No Liquor, Beverages, Food in the sanctuary. No patrons are to use the musical instruments. Some amplifications may be permitted, but also depends on other groups that may be using another part of the building at the same time. Respectful of space & of other groups who may be in the church at same time. Care in arriving and departing to not knock doors and walls. General cleanliness and tidy up afterwards. May require one of the group to watch the doors from interior, to be the "door man."

How To Book

Email or phone is best; can get email and contact information and can email the application form to the contact person for the organization looking to rent a space.
Completed application form is to be returned to the office for approval and to formally book the space; there is a deposit required to ensure the booking.
Bookings for concerts need to be booked ASAP as are generally booked well in advance.
Depending on availability and other needs by the renter, there may be a possibility for the space, if available, with 2-3 days notice, depending on the function.

Hours Of Operation Evening functions must be totally cleared before 11:00 pm. Not available on Sundays till 3:00 p.m. Office hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 through 2:00 pm Enquiries and applications may also be made to office, attention: Halls Committee by email, phone call, or, on Wednesdays, by appointment.
Rental Policy A booking deposit of $300 is required for weddings, concerts, and sanctuary use; $200 for everything else. in some cases a damage deposit may be required. An Application form for Church Use must be completed and then approved by Halls Committee.
Cancellation Policy Failure to complete the booking deposit payment at least one month prior to your event will result in voiding of approval for use of the church. Please note that prices may be adjusted depending on circumstances.
