|Cancellation Policy||If the Renter cancels this Rental Agreement, they must provide written notification to Theatre Junction GRAND. If the Renter cancels at least eight (8) months before the rental date then the full deposit amount received will be refunded, minus a $1,000.00 cancellation fee. If Theatre Junction GRAND cancels at least eight (8) months before the load-in date then the full deposit amount will be refunded. If the Renter cancels between one (1) to eight (8) months before the rental date, 100% of the initial deposit is forfeited as cancellation fee. The non-refundable deposit may in some cases be transferred to a different date within the current calendar year or event organized by the same Renter based on availability and at the sole discretion of Theatre Junction GRAND. Should the Renter cancel the event less than one (1) month before the rental date, 100% of deposits are forfeited, and no funds will be returned to the Renter.|
